The rule it uses
DoE TA Rules: Since DA crossed 50%, all Tour Daily Allowance (Food) and Hotel reimbursement ceilings automatically increased by 25%. Composite Transfer Grant (CTG) is 80% of last month's Basic Pay (100% for Islands).
